SIB 65 04 14: Airbag fault codes
Airbag fault codes on BMW G07/G11/G12/G20 and other models (2006–2022); BMW explains the cause and the approved repair.
BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 10227568 · Oct 2022 · also written SI B65 04 14, B650414
What it covers
A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.
According to the customer, the airbag warning light was on, but it may not be illuminated when the vehicle arrives in the workshop. 1. ACSM fault code "930A60 - Seat occupancy detection, front passenger; malfunction" is stored. The fault may or may not currently be present. Or 2.
