BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 10149380 · Oct 2014 · also written SI B65 19 14, B651914
What it covers
A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.
DWA Siren Malfunction. When the anti-theft alarm (DWA) is triggered, the horn comes on instead of the alarm siren. DWA internal monitoring is too sensitive.
