What it covers
A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.
Rear View Camera Does Not Display Image on CID. After engaging the reverse gear, the reversing camera does not display a picture in the CID (Central Information Display). CAUSE The drive mechanism for the roundel actuation in the boot lid is faulty.
