What it covers
A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.
Previously assigned radio channels to the satellite radio "Presets" list have been erased and radio channels selected from the list "All channels" menu cannot be stored in the "Presets" list. The problem occurred after the recently implemented Sirius/XM channel lineup change.
