What it covers
A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.
Turbocharger Coolant Return Pipe Leaking. A Check Control message for low coolant level is displayed. There are traces of coolant leaking in the engine compartment at the turbochargers. The auxiliary coolant pump for the turbochargers does not run during an MSA shutdown.
