BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 10151264 · Apr 2016 · also written SI B52 01 16, B520116
What it covers
A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.
Front Seat Backrests Vibrates on Rough Roads. Both front seat backrests vibrate and rattle while driving over rough roads with the seat in an unloaded condition (no pressure applied on the backrest). Play at the inner backrest pivot point.
