SIB 64 03 20: Equipment service information

Equipment service information on BMW G05/G06/G07 models (2019–2026); BMW explains the cause and the approved repair.

BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 11032741 · May 2026 · also written SI B64 03 20, B640320

What it covers

A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.

The center console and front cup holder get noticeably too warm to the touch on long journeys with the interior "Heating on".
