What it covers

A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.

While using BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant, the activation word (“Hey BMW”) must be reactivated afterevery terminal change, BMW Remote Software Upgrade; or customer profile change. Additionally, after a BMW Remote Software Upgrade, the setup process for the voice assistant must be runagain.
