SIB 65 22 23: Software service information

Software service information on BMW G20/U11 models (2021–2023); BMW explains the cause and the approved repair.

BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 10241372 · Jul 2023 · also written SI B65 22 23, B652223

What it covers

A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.

Given the voice input "Activate ECO PRO mode" via BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant produces the response "I've activated ECO PRO mode", but ECO PRO mode is not actually activated in the vehicle.
