SIB 65 27 24: Airbag fault codes

Airbag fault codes on BMW G05/G06/G07 models (2020–2025); BMW gives an inspection and repair procedure.

BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 11033033 · May 2026 · also written SI B65 27 24, B652724

What it covers

A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.

In the instrument cluster, the redair bag warning light lights up permanently.
