What it covers
A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.
Rear Park Distance Control Does Not Work. When the reverse gear is selected or the PDC button is pressed, the rear PDC sensors do not work and, at times, there is no check control messages displayed. CAUSE Water ingresses into the PDC sensor.
