What it covers
A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.
Comfort Access Does Not Function After Vehicle Enters Sleep Mode. Sporadically, when the vehicle has been locked and is in sleep mode, the vehicle will not waken when trying to unlock the vehicle with comfort access from any door. The vehicle can be unlocked from the remote.
