SIB 84 06 16: BMW online non-functional
BMW online non-functional on BMW G01/G11/G12/G30 and other models (2009–2019); BMW gives an inspection and repair procedure.
BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 10150057 · Sep 2018 · also written SI B84 06 16, B840616
What it covers
A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.
BMW ONLINE NON-FUNCTIONAL: CHECK ICC-ID IN ACCOUNT. BMW Online/BMW ConnectedDrive not functional. Vehicle and service cockpit have different ICC-ID's (Integrated Circuit Card Identifier).
