- Recall 26V422: integrated brake module 530I, 540I, 740I, 750E, 760I, I5, I7, X1, X2, X5, X6, X7, XM, 2023–2025. The integrated brake (IB) system may malfunction and result in a loss of power brake assist or cause the Antilock Brake (ABS) and Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) systems to not function properly.
- Recall 24V739: integrated brake module 530I, 740I, 750E, 760I, I5 EDRIVE40, I5 M60, I7 EDRIVE50, I7 M70, I760, X1, X5, X6, X7, XM, 2023–2024. BMW of North America, LLC. (BMW) is recalling certain 2023-2024 X1, X5, X6, X7, XM, 530i, i5, 740i, 760i, i7, and 750e vehicles.
- Recall 24V697: integrated brake module 530I, 540I, 740I, 750E, I5, I7, X1, X2, X5, X6, X7, XM, 2023–2025. BMW of North America (BMW) is recalling certain 2023-2024 X1, 2024-2025 X5, 2025 X6, 2023-2025 X7, 740i, 760i, 2024 XM, 530i, 540i, i7, 750e, X2, 2024-2025 i5, 2024 Rolls Royce Spectre, 2025 MINI Countryman S ALL4, JCW Countryman ALL4, and 2025 MINI Hardtop 2 Door (Cooper, Cooper S) vehicles.
- Recall 24V345: front seat (driver/passenger) lower safety belt ALPINA XB7, X5, X6, X7, XM, 2024–2025. The seat belt system may inaccurately detect that passengers are belted, preventing the seat belt warning light from illuminating and possibly causing the supplemental restraint system to not deploy as intended during a crash.
- Recall 24V139: tailgate panel XM, 2024. The tailgate panel may detach from the mounting structure due to improper adhesive bonding that occurred during manufacturing.
- Recall 24V104: integrated brake module 530I, 550E, 740I, 750E, 760I, I5, I7, I7 M70, M5, X1, X2, X5, X6, X7, XM, 2023–2025. BMW of North America, LLC. (BMW) is recalling certain 2023-2025 BMW, MINI, and Rolls-Royce vehicles.
- Recall 23V622: front passenger knee air bag X5, X6, X7, XM, 2023–2024. The front passenger knee air bag may not deploy as intended.
- Recall 23V471: knee air bag X5, X6, X7, XM, 2023–2024. The knee air bag (driver and/or passenger) may not have been manufactured correctly, which can result in the knee air bag not deploying as intended.
- Recall 23V294: catalytic converter X7, XM, 2023. The fasteners that connect the exhaust system and the catalytic converter may not have been tightened correctly.
