NHTSA 11029007: Radio replacement
Radio replacement on BMW G11/G12 models (2020); the fix is replacing the affected part.

What it covers
BMW can deliver this update remotely. A BMW center can also install it.
It was found that a radio IHKA control panel without a CD slide compartment has been installed due to a logistics error in production. A CD cannot be inserted and the radio IHKA control panel should therefore be replaced.
