SIB 63 09 23: Interior lighting service information

Interior lighting service information on BMW G05/G06/G07/G09 and other models (2019–2023); BMW explains the cause and the approved repair.

BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 10242525 · Aug 2023 · also written SI B63 09 23, B630923

What it covers

A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.

The interior lights in the rear of the passenger area do not work.
