What it covers

A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.

Reduced or No HVAC Heat Output. I12 & F30 PHEV - The heat is not functioning during electric driving and/or the heat output is reduced or fluctuating when driving with the combustion engine. I01 - The heat is not functioning at all.
