SIB 64 10 26: Missing A/C condensate drain hose
Some 2026 X7 (G07) SAVs were built without the A/C evaporator condensate drain hose, so condensation can drain into the front footwell and cause water damage. BMW inspects and fits the hose free under a service campaign.

What it covers
A service campaign is a fix BMW performs free on affected cars. Ask a BMW center whether it is open on your VIN.
A small number of vehicles were produced without the evaporator condensate drain hose being installed.This is not immediately apparent to the customer. However, condensation water that has drained into thefront footwell can cause subsequent damage.
