What it covers

A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.

RAD2+ Radio: Background Noise with Audio Turned Off. Background noise (buzzing, crackling, static) can be heard: * At low audio volume * When the radio is turned off * When the ignition is turned off NOTE: Background noise stops when the radio enters sleep mode.
