What it covers

A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.

Hissing Noise from Speakers when Radio Volume is Turned Down. There is an audible hissing noise from the speakers when there is no active audio source. This noise is most apparent with the engine and climate system fan turned off. Software in the HK HiFi amplifier.
