- Recall 26V422: integrated brake module 530I, 540I, 740I, 750E, 760I, I5, I7, X1, X2, X5, X6, X7, XM, 2023–2025. The integrated brake (IB) system may malfunction and result in a loss of power brake assist or cause the Antilock Brake (ABS) and Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) systems to not function properly.
- Recall 25V717: rear safety belt retractor X1, X2, 2026. BMW of North America, LLC is recalling certain 2026 2 Series Gran Coupe, X1, X2, and Mini Countryman S ALL4 vehicles.
- Recall 25V616: front safety belt retractor X1, X2, 2025–2026. BMW of North America, LLC is recalling certain 2025-2026 X1 and X2, MINI Cooper Convertible, MINI Cooper, Mini Countryman S ALL4, and 2025 MINI Countryman SE ALL4 vehicles.
- Recall 24V829: b-pillar reinforcement plate X1, 2025. The left and right-side B-Pillar reinforcement plates may have been manufactured with insufficient structural strength.
- Recall 24V739: integrated brake module 530I, 740I, 750E, 760I, I5 EDRIVE40, I5 M60, I7 EDRIVE50, I7 M70, I760, X1, X5, X6, X7, XM, 2023–2024. BMW of North America, LLC. (BMW) is recalling certain 2023-2024 X1, X5, X6, X7, XM, 530i, i5, 740i, 760i, i7, and 750e vehicles.

- Recall 23V260: second row outboard seat safety belt X1, 2023. On the second-row outboard seats, the seat belts may have been pinched by an interior trim panel during vehicle assembly.
- Recall 23V079: driver air bag IX, X1, 2022–2023. The front driver's air bag may have been manufactured incorrectly and may not deploy as intended during a crash.
