NHTSA 10214944: Equipment service information

Equipment service information on BMW G11/G12/G30/G31 and other models (2017); BMW explains the cause and the approved repair.

BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 10214944 · Jun 2017

What it covers

A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.

Please return all part(s) to your facing Regional Distribution Center (RDC). Submit for return using a YR26 damage claim with order reason BM2. A valid BMW delivery and delivery item number must be entered, and TEC73 must appear in the text of your TEC claim.
