SIB 37 01 24: Axle noise

Axle noise on BMW G09/G60/G70 models (2023–2025); BMW explains the cause and the approved repair.

BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 11005226 · Jul 2024 · also written SI B37 01 24, B370124

What it covers

A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.

While driving at low speeds (15-40 mph) on flat road surfaces, a knocking noise from the front axle may beheard during steering wheel movements.
