- Recall 26V422: integrated brake module 530I, 540I, 740I, 750E, 760I, I5, I7, X1, X2, X5, X6, X7, XM, 2023–2025. The integrated brake (IB) system may malfunction and result in a loss of power brake assist or cause the Antilock Brake (ABS) and Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) systems to not function properly.
- Recall 25V837: instrument panel X5, X5 PLUG-IN HYBRID, X6, X7, 2026. The instrument panel may have been manufactured incorrectly and prevent the passenger-side air bag from deploying properly.
- Recall 25V644: engine starter 740LI, 840I, X5, X6, X7, 2019–2025. After repeated attempts, the starter motor may overheat from an electrical overload.
- Recall 25V556: n/a - production process issue X5, X5 PLUG-IN HYBRID, X7, 2026. The windshield may not be sealed properly, which can allow water to enter the power distribution box or electronic control unit.

- Recall 24V345: front seat (driver/passenger) lower safety belt ALPINA XB7, X5, X6, X7, XM, 2024–2025. The seat belt system may inaccurately detect that passengers are belted, preventing the seat belt warning light from illuminating and possibly causing the supplemental restraint system to not deploy as intended during a crash.
- Recall 24V138: instrument panel X5, X7, 2024. The instrument panel may not have been manufactured properly, which can result in improper air bag deployment or the panel separating during air bag deployment.
