- Recall 26V422: integrated brake module 530I, 540I, 740I, 750E, 760I, I5, I7, X1, X2, X5, X6, X7, XM, 2023–2025. The integrated brake (IB) system may malfunction and result in a loss of power brake assist or cause the Antilock Brake (ABS) and Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) systems to not function properly.
- Recall 26V096: n/a - electrical wiring harness routing 550E, 750E, I5 EDRIVE40, I5 M60, I7 EDRIVE50, I760, M5, 2023–2026. The electrical wiring harness for the air conditioning system may become damaged during replacement of the cabin air filter.
- Recall 25V395: electric drive motor software I4, I4 EDRIVE35, I4 EDRIVE40, I5, I7, IX, 2022–2025. The electric drive motor software may shut down the high-voltage system, causing a loss of drive power.
- Recall 25V470: high-voltage battery cell module I4, I7, IX, 2022–2025. The high-voltage battery cell modules may not have been assembled properly, resulting in stress on the module frame and possible module failure.

- Recall 23V644: windshield wiper system 740I, 760I, I7, 2023. The windshield wipers may fail during certain weather conditions.
- Recall 23V479: interaction bar 740I, 760I, I7, 2023. The Interaction Bar, located on the dashboard, may not activate the windshield defrosting/defogging system and/or the hazard warning lights.
- Recall 23V449: high voltage battery combined charging unit (ccu) 760I, I4, IX, 2022–2023. The high voltage battery combined charging unit (CCU) may not have been manufactured correctly, resulting in improperly connected and/or assembled components inside the CCU.
