- Recall 26V422: integrated brake module 530I, 540I, 740I, 750E, 760I, I5, I7, X1, X2, X5, X6, X7, XM, 2023–2025. The integrated brake (IB) system may malfunction and result in a loss of power brake assist or cause the Antilock Brake (ABS) and Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) systems to not function properly.
- Recall 26V096: n/a - electrical wiring harness routing 550E, 750E, I5 EDRIVE40, I5 M60, I7 EDRIVE50, I760, M5, 2023–2026. The electrical wiring harness for the air conditioning system may become damaged during replacement of the cabin air filter.
- Recall 26V056: engine starter 230I, 330I, 430I, 530I, X3, X4, Z4, 2021–2024. Please see the recall report for a complete list of all models.
- Recall 25V395: electric drive motor software I4, I4 EDRIVE35, I4 EDRIVE40, I5, I7, IX, 2022–2025. The electric drive motor software may shut down the high-voltage system, causing a loss of drive power.
- Recall 25V202: starter-generator 330I, 430I, 530I, X3, 2025. The electrical connection between the starter-generator and battery may come loose.
- Recall 24V870: air bag control unit 530I, 540I, 2025. The air bag control unit may have been manufactured incorrectly, which can result in the air bags not deploying as intended.
